The Arab Publishers Association condemns the Israeli aggression against the brotherly Syrian people

At the same time, it expresses its astonishment at this international silence stained with the blood of innocents, as if the 'civilized' Western world has turned its face away from this deadly barbarity that has spared neither child nor woman nor elderly. These assaults on Syrian territory are not only a violation of Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity but also a direct threat to peace and security in the region and the world at large.
We, in the Arab Publishers Association, while condemning these aggressive acts that have targeted Syrian territories over the past few days, also condemn the continued policy of occupation and settlement in Palestine.
We affirm the right of the Palestinian people and the honor of their just cause to resist occupation and establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
The Arab Publishers Association calls upon the international community and all concerned parties to fully assume their responsibilities to stop this Zionist rampage, protect the lives of innocent civilians in Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon, especially in the south, and to compel the Zionist entity to comply with the decisions of the Security Council and to implement them immediately.
We can only continue to assert the right of the Arab peoples, especially in Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon, to live in peace, dignity, and honor. We firmly believe that justice will return to the rightful owners of the land and the homeland, that occupation will eventually come to an end, and that Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon will be free along with all Arab peoples.
Long live a free Syria, long live a free Palestine, long live a free Lebanon, and long live the Arab peoples in dignity and independence.
